Do you inspect the finished goods?
Yes, our QC team inspects products at every step of production to ensure top quality.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We can provide existing samples for quality checks (shipping costs apply). After price confirmation, custom samples can be requested; these costs are refundable if bulk order requirements are met.
Are OEM & ODM orders acceptable?
Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders. Please contact our sales team to discuss specific details and requirements.
What are your payment terms and discount policies?
We accept EXW, FOB, etc. Standard terms are 30% T/T advance and 70% balance before shipping. Large volume orders are eligible for significant discounts.
What is the warranty period for your tools?
Power tools come with a 12-month warranty. Cordless tools' batteries should be charged at least once every six months during storage in a dry environment (4℃~35℃).
