Where is your main market?
We have exported to many areas, including Central Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, South America, Russia, Europe, and Africa.
Can we have samples to test?
Yes, we can offer one or two samples for clients to test. When clients place a formal order, we will refund the sample cost.
Do you have an MOQ limit?
We do small bulk wholesale, meaning even one carton is acceptable. For OEM, the MOQ is 100-500 PCS depending on the model and packing.
What is the delivery time?
For stock items, we can ship within one week. For OEM orders, it is usually 45 days. If packing is confirmed quickly, delivery time can be shorter.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
For foreign countries, we can provide 1% free spare parts for our products as part of our warranty support.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T in advance, with the balance of 70% T/T against the copy of B/L for new clients. Other terms are also negotiable.
