What is the material of your garden scissors/lawn mower blades? How durable?
Our blades are made of SK5 high-carbon tool steel or 65Mn manganese steel, which is quenched and tempered by double heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC55-60, and the sharpness retention time is 30% longer than that of ordinary steel. The motors of garden machinery products have passed CE/UL/ETL certification and have built-in overload protection devices.
Does the product pass the international safety certification?
Yes, all export products are passed through: EU CE/GS certification (LVD Low Voltage Directive, EMC compliant), UL/ETL certification (motor products), and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification. Complete test reports can be provided.
Is there a discount for bulk purchase? What are the payment methods?
Yes, orders over $10,000 can apply for a tiered discount (5%-12%). Supported payment methods include T/T (30% deposit, 70% paid before shipment), Letter of Credit (LC) for large orders, and Secure Payment platforms.
Are you a trading company or a production factory?
We are a source production factory with 8 fully automatic heat treatment production lines and a 3000 square meters storage base. We support video factory inspection or on-site inspection.
