A1: We are a B2B supplier with 15 years in automotive care, cleaning and surface repair. We cooperate with 100+ leading supply-chain partners and run select exclusive factory lines to keep quality and delivery under control. We provide platform-ready assets (photos, specs, certificates) and support stable long-term supply.
Q2: Do you support OEM / private label?
A2: Yes. Logo, color, sticker/label, outer carton, user manual and barcode can be customized. MOQ depends on the item (normally 100–500 pcs per model). Tell us the product and quantity and we’ll confirm exact MOQ and unit cost.
Q3: How can I get a sample? Lead time?
A3: Samples are available. If in stock, shipping is about 3–7 days. For customized packaging, new color or bulk production, regular lead time is around 20–35 days (may extend in peak seasons). We’ll confirm the final schedule before order.
Q4: Can I arrange inspection or a third-party QC?
A4: Yes. We conduct in-house QC before shipment. Third-party inspections (e.g., SGS/BV or your agent) can be arranged at our warehouse or factory.
Q5: Do you provide factory viewing or video inspection?
A5: Yes. Before sample approval or mass production, we can show products, packaging and production status via video. On-site visits in China can be scheduled in advance.
Q6: What are your standard shipping methods?
A6: We offer multiple shipping solutions including Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, and Express Delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We can also coordinate with your designated forwarder for seamless logistics management.
