What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods using carton packing for small batch goods. For large order products, we use carton packing and wooden pallets for long-distance transportation.
How can you guarantee quality?
Production management is strictly implemented in accordance with ISO9001 standards. Our QC team of 10 people provides a full range of services from raw material inspection and production process supervision to finished product inspection. Third-party inspection is available if needed.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before delivery to ensure the highest quality standards.
